Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting. The frosting isn't as easy to work with, but it was just something simple for the family Easter dinner.

I'm becoming a big fan of brown icing! I like the combination with the blue and cream colors. The little footprints turned out cuter than I thought. I really like this cake!
